MADISON - Madison resident Sandi Sweeney’s all-female rock band, The Mood Swings, will return to Madison for a gig from 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, to 12:30 a.m. the 54 Main Bar and Grille at 54 Main St. The band, now about four years old, consists of seven suburban moms.
